This
newly released low cost portable ultrasonic flowmeter is one of
the most powerful clamp-on liquid flowmeters. It employees
state-of-the-art digital signal processing and ultrasonic
transit-time measurement technologies for accurate and reliable
flow measurement. The unique signal quality tracking and
self-adjusting capability allows the flowmeter to automatically
match different pipe material and fluid conditions.
Since the transducers are
non-intrusive clamp-on type, the installation can be done in a
few minutes, simple and easy. And no need to cut pipe or drill
holes.
In this compact and light package,
many built-in features make the flowmeter an ideal tool for flow
surveys (water, wastewater, oil, chemicals, food, beverage,
etc), hydronic balancing and other closed-pipe applications. The
accuracy of the flowmeter is normally better than ＼1%.

The STUF-200F1B product is also a newly released economical
clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter. Its high performance (＼0.5%
accuracy can be achieved when on-site calibration is available)
and its diverse output interfaces make it very suitable for
fixed-installation applications such as liquid process control,
city water management, flowmeter networking, etc.
Due to the non-intrusive nature of the clamp-on technique, there
is no pressure drop, no moving parts, no leaks and no
contamination. The installation is very simple and the
maintenance is minimal. |

The STUF-200F1C
ultrasonic flowmeter utilizes a pair of wetted (insertion)
transducers to measure liquid flow in a pipe. Even though its
transducers are inserted into pipe wall, they do not intrude
into the flow, thus, do not generate disturbance or pressure
drop to the flow. Comparing with clamp on flow meter, the wetted type
has the advantage of long-term stability and better accuracy.
This type of liquid flowmeters are widely used in process
control, water / wastewater treatment plants, facility water
management, oil / fuel flow monitoring, etc. |

The STUF-200R energy measurement system combines our
high-accuracy
transit time
flowmeters (fixed installation version) together with
standard Pt100/Pt1000 temperature sensors to measure thermal
energy transfer in a pipe. It can be used for any liquid-based
heating/cooling system. STUF-200R is a very useful tool for
energy consumption management in office buildings and apartment
complexes. Customers also use it for monitoring the efficiency
of a HVACs or other thermal energy production system.
